Collection and processing of data
Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on the website is logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following are logged Name of the retrieved file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain.
In addition, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged.
Further personal data is only collected if you provide this information voluntarily, for example as part of an inquiry or registration.
Web analytics (PostHog)
If you consent to analytics on our website, we use PostHog, a service of PostHog Inc., hosted in the European Union (EU cloud, Frankfurt). PostHog then records which pages you visit, how you interact with them (clicks, scrolling) and captures your session as a session recording, so we can understand how the site is used and improve it. This processes your truncated IP address, browser and device data, a random identifier in a cookie and your interactions. Input into form fields is masked.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG). Without consent there is no analytics and no recording. You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page; the cookie ovals_consent is stored for 180 days, PostHog's cookies for up to one year. Use and disclosure of personal data
If you have provided us with personal data, we will only use it to respond to your inquiries, to process contracts concluded with you and for technical administration.
